Refund Policy

At A.N. Arborist, we take pride in providing safe, professional, and reliable tree care services across Aotearoa New Zealand. We stand by the quality of our work and aim to ensure every client is satisfied.

1. Service Satisfaction

If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We’ll review the issue and work with you to find a fair solution, which may include:

  • Additional remedial work at no extra cost, or

  • A partial refund where appropriate.

2. Cancellations
  • Before the scheduled date:
    You may cancel or reschedule your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled work without charge.

  • Within 48 hours of the booking:
    A cancellation fee may apply to cover administration and scheduling costs.

  • If our crew has already arrived on site:
    The minimum call-out fee or a portion of the quoted amount may still apply.

3. Deposits and Prepayments

If a deposit or full prepayment is required for large jobs or crane work, it will generally be non-refundable once materials, machinery, or subcontractors have been booked—unless the cancellation is due to weather or other circumstances outside your control.

4. Weather or Safety Delays

Tree work is weather-dependent and subject to safety conditions. If we must postpone due to unsafe conditions (e.g., wind, rain, or access issues), your booking will be rescheduled at no extra cost. Refunds will be offered only if rescheduling is not possible.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
